Available to small business customers in serviceable areas, where access and technology permit. Bundle pricing applies only when eligible internet and phone services are subscribed to and maintained in good standing.
If one or more services within the bundle are cancelled, modified, or become ineligible, bundle pricing will be removed and standard rates will apply to the remaining services.
Internet services are delivered over fiber infrastructure where available. Valley Fiber’s network is engineered for consistent, high-performance connectivity, with speeds designed to reach advertised plan levels. Actual performance may vary based on equipment, configuration, and environmental conditions.
Phone services (including hosted or cloud-based solutions such as SmartVoice) require a stable internet connection and compatible equipment. Call quality may be affected by network performance and on-site configurations.
Pricing is based on a 3-year (36-month) term agreement. Taxes are extra. Promotional bundle pricing, where applicable, is valid only for the specified term and will revert to standard rates upon expiration.
Early termination charges apply if any service within the bundle is cancelled prior to the end of the term. Upon expiration, services will continue on a month-to-month basis at the then-current rate unless otherwise specified.
Construction, installation, activation, and/or setup fees may apply unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for advanced features, hardware, or non-standard installations.
Customer is responsible for maintaining suitable on-site infrastructure, including power, internal wiring, and network configuration, to support service performance.
