We’re a locally owned and operated technology firm based out of Winkler, MB. When the company began in 2016, we saw that rural Manitobans needed faster, higher quality internet access.
Our goal has always been to bring fast internet to under-served communities, and to maintain exceptional standards when installing fiber internet across the province. Innovation is a core passion for the Valley Fiber team.

Jody Haines
Jody has been an HR leader for more than 5 years and has been in her director role with Valley Fiber since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity Western University and a HR Management Certificate from the University of Manitoba.
HR SPECIALIST
Danika Fehr
Danika has worked as an HR professional for three years and has been with Valley Fiber since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Winnipeg and is a CPHR Candidate.
