We are seeking out a full-time Installation & Repair Coordinator to join our team. This position reports to the I&R Admin Manager and works out of our production office in Winkler.

What You’ll Do:
- Ordering material and equipment for the I&R staff locations
- Restocking and ensuring adequate material and equipment supplies in all I&R locations
- Coordinating maintenance schedules for the I&R Technician vehicles
- Preparing and organizing new I&R hires vehicle assignments, tools, clothing, tablet setup, etc
- Overseeing timecard approvals for the I&R frontline team
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- Ability to learn new programs
- Valid class 5 driver’s license is required
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to find viable solutions to problems as they arise
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- High level of organization
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with multiple departments as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Working Conditions:
- Ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to work overtime as workload requires
